NEW Earth Rhythm Ultra Defence SPF50 Hybrid Sunscreen – First Impression!
I love sunscreens that lend a dewy finish to the skin to my dry combination skin.
I was using the previous variant by @theearthrhythm and was indeed impressed with it.
But the new sunscreen is just GODAWEFUL!!!😬😬 (skincare is subjective and I am only sharing my experience here)
Not only the packaging has transformed, but the formulation also has changed.
Pros :
💫The texture is light
💫It is quick-absorbing
💫It leaves no white cast.
💫It will suit combination-oily skin types.
💫It will suit normal to dry skin when used after a good rich moisturiser.
💫 It’s unscented
💫 It’s Alcohol-free
💫 It has SPF 50 & PA ++++rating
💫 It’s cruelty-free & Vegan
💫 It’s Non – Comedogenic
💫Bioplastic packaging made from Sugarcane. These are biodegradable
Cons :
⚔However, it imparts a shimmery finish to the skin owing to the addition of a new ingredient namely TINOSORB (a UV filter )
And the shimmer is not subtle.
Hence it doesn’t tickle my fancy, it’s a bit gross!
⚔It can’t be worn alone. The razzmatazz subsides only after using a bb cream or foundation.
Hence, it is not a repurchase for me!
But I hate to waste products. Therefore I am going to use this sunscreen only under makeup.
The lightweight texture,non-greasy and non-sticky feel might make this sunscreen a winner under makeup😍
I loved the last variant! Swipe Left for textures.
I am extremely disgruntled!
